The GM, I forgot his name but he was wonderful. I got into a car accident with my significant other shortly after we purchased a gas pedal. He gave us a refund on the spot and seemed very genuine. The world does need more people like this. We met him yesterday the 7th around 11am. Due to his kindness, understanding and help, we WILL return soon. I found myself with a dead battery today. My husband rescued me, but we still had to deal with replacing the battery. We found ourself at Advanced Auto Parts in Plfd and what a great choice! Conner, the general manager, could not have been nicer. He quickly took care of us and even installed the new battery for us! We have found our new favorite auto part store! Thank you for your help today!
Needed a new battery in the frigid weather and the guy working installed it for us and even offered us coffee or a beverage while we waited. Great service!
