Just wanted to buy wiper blades but the clerk demanded to know my name and phone number and who knows what else. When I balked he refused to sell them to me. I then went to a big box store and found the wiper blades I wanted — cheaper and without a lot of intrusive questions.
Staff was incredibly kind, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Special shoutout to a bald older gentleman (who's name I regret not getting) who went WAY above and beyond to help me. This is exactly what you want when visiting a store for car parts.
I bought A relay switch come to find out I didn't need it they said they couldn't refund me because it was electrical and that store policy doesn't allow it but when I bought it I was not told that I can't return it and I think that is A bad way to do business. If I had known I couldn't return it I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. There was no sign posted that I could see about no returns on electrical parts and now I'm out 21 dollars for A relay I could have picked up at my son in laws junk yard for free.
Bought these 2 headlight bulbs at Advance and it cost me over $110. Prices are too high for these items, not because bought at Advance Auto Parts but because its the cost at other chain stores. It's inflation. The bulb shown twice here is the high beam headlight (part H1) which costs $49.99 per 2-pack, as they didn't have them in a single package. The other picture is the low beam (part # H11B) costs $54.99 also in a 2-pack. Easy to install on a KIA Forte.
