I was waiting in line while one employee was helping a customer and the other on employee was on there phone.
The service here is terrible, but its not the fault of the low level associates. The place is always under staffed on the floor and management always seem to be in the back room busy. In the past you had to stand there and accept this as normal. Maybe the competition across the street will change this, where the service has been top notch so far.
