I had such a great experience at this location. My husband first called a different store to check on getting a replacement for my car’s battery, and they let him know that it was still under warranty and directed him here. When we arrived this evening (8/19/25), the lady working (I wish I remembered her name!) immediately helped us. She was very kind, welcoming, and patient as she looked up my information. Blaine is an absolute treasure. He was kind and patient. Gave me some helpful tips on how to install the fuel filter on my old Ford.
This team was great. I’m not a big car guy but when I was having a problem r we the my truck they helped me diagnose the bad battery and checked my stater and alternator to make sure that they were ok. No pressure to over sell. Solid honest advice and salespeople. Definitely would go back.
Went in to try to get refund for sensor that I didn’t know. Denver sold me the wrong sensor in the box. How the hell am I supposed to know that when I don’t work at advance? Which explains why the sensor wasn’t working and I had to go to a different parts store and get a different one. The night manager basically accused me of swapping the part which is wrong because I didn’t. I just purchased it and now you’re trying to say I’m out $60.
