I went to three places prior to coming here for a battery. Everywhere I went to didn’t want to touch my car. Rocky went above and beyond to assist me in finding a battery that worked for my car and changed it for me! Would highly recommended!
Great store
I purchased a wiper blade, and it did not fit my vehicle. I went in to return this wiper blade, and the manager, Oscar, refused to refund the wiper blade as they told me it was not “defective” even though it was the wrong wiper for my vehicle. Employee gave me attitude, and was very unprofessional. Would rate 0/5 if I could.
Oscar with advanced auto parts was very helpful with picking out the right items for my pickup truck and helping me install my wiper blades. Great customer service and communication
