Guys have no idea what they’re talking about. Dude told me to rev my car to 4k rpms and hold it for 30 seconds to test my alternator. I’m not a complete idiot so I told him off. He was upset that I told him that I didn’t need to do that and then told me that my battery and my alternator were both bad. I went right next door to AutoZone and they tested my alternator and battery and they both are good.
I went to the W Parmer location to get brake pads. Isay helped me with everything I needed. He was friendly, very patient, and very helpful. I would return to this location just based off of his customer service.
Customer service is non existent here. There is a reason Autozone next door is busy and this place is dead. Hispanic women is always angry and rude. I will not be back.
