The AutoZone in Plano told me my DieHard battery had failed to test after having charged it for 3 hours. Alex told me it passed the test just needed charging. An hour later I took it home and it started my car Thank you Alex for being honest

Staff extremely polite and helpful. Replaced a 6 year old car battery. Good selection for my vehicle. Staff checked to see if my old Audi need to be programed for the new battery. I had not heard of that before. Turns out it did else it would have over charged the new one!
