Went in today to get a battery replaced. Ross was at the counter and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me get the replacement battery I was looking for and promptly installed it. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Ross got the battery installed and I was on my way.
Ross Dominguez is a blessing! I came in with car trouble and he treated me like family. He explained everything, didn’t try to upsell me, and got me back on the road safely. Advance Auto is lucky to have him. Thank you Ross for your excellent service!
Came to a young nice lady and got helped but came back to a very dismissive men with glasses who didn’t even wanted to be bothered let alone help on a item without looking and helping was just been rude
