I tell you what I think. All I wanted was the parts I ordered online. Your store hours clearly state you close at 9:00 pm and you the doors are locked at 8:29 pm. WORTHLESS!!!! Won't answer the phone.Put you on hold and don't come back.Act like they are overworked and you walk in and they are doing nothing.LOL.Even if you try to look up your own shit and go get it yourself the website says they have it and you get there and they don't.The new manager doesn't seem to give a shit either.Running all your customers off...yep...that will lighten your load.

Just info and a rant...... Had my check engine light come on last week. On my way to gym, I stopped by ADVANCE AUTO Parts to get it checked, because they used to (key words USED TO) check it for free. They No Longer DO!!! Why I asked? Not sure the guy said.
