I got a replacement battery 4 days before my warranty expired from my old battery. But it turned out to be faulty after less than two weeks. When I attempted to exchange it, I was informed it was no longer under warranty. I'd like a clearer explanation why I was given a bad battery and couldn't get an exchange. (And noted I have a brand new alternator). They even had the audacity to try and sell me a new one. I left and went to AutoZone. Please explain Advance Auto.

I recently visited this store for parts for my scooter. I was assisted by Thomas, who was very helpful. We located my part and connecters and I was very satisfied with the price and service.
