Had a very nice experience with Anthony at the Donald Lee hollowell location. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident at the Advance Auto Parts store located at 2025 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Curtis offered to add oil to my vehicle. I accepted because I believed the service would be performed correctly. Unfortunately, after adding the oil, Curtis failed to reinstall the engine oil filler cap. Instead, the cap was left on the engine and was crushed when the hood was closed. The hood also became stuck because it was closed with the cap left in the engine bay.... read more
