You guys need to change your hours online since you close at 9pm now instead of 11pm.I was just there at 9:20pm, it also would of been nice for the two gentlemen inside to of opened the door and tell me they were closed instead of watching me get a battery from my back seat and carry it up to the door to only then find out they were closed. I was at least nice enough to tell the couple that pulled up next to me that they were closed before they got all the way out of their car.
Nary (sp?) is awesome. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and kind when we went up there today.
Until yesterday we have had great service. Yesterday, my husband asks to have his check engine light checked, and one of the associates proceeds to complain to another associate about how much of a waste of time doing those checks are. We have always bought our parts to fix the problem that pops up, if we can. Now I think we will start going elsewhere since customer service is a waste of time.
