I have never been so embarrassed and talked down to by "Austin" a so called manager. He got offened and agitated when I asked for Corporates number to call about a return. He said did you read the sign it's right there so sorry. I said these policy are crap, as I am walking out he started yelling at me where I can hear him through the glass yelling at me where the other employee holding the door apologize to me about it. I will never go back there and I hope you find a place that your managers are not rude to their customers... read more

I don't think anyone works there- I mean I stood in line FOREVER. The guy working the register....the ONE guy, took a phone call with 8 people in line to discuss in detail some car part. I'll find another car store next time- or I'll order what I need from Amazon because that'd be faster
No people skills. Not enough staff. What staff they do have does not know how to use the “technology” (aka computer cash register) to find a customer’s information out. Will avoid this location from now on.
This store sucks... rude employees with terrible customer service...
