I work there now...Most of us are knowledgeable... We are not auto mechanics. We do the best we can...
Went into the store last week. Two younger people working, taller one very limited knowledge of automotive repairs. More wprried about making the sale than helping me truly solve my issue. Hopefully the other two guys still work there.
