I had my daughters battery replaced here, the employee neglected to tighten the negative battery terminal, resulting in over 500$ in electrical damage (1200$ if the dealer replaced the parts) that the store said they filed an insurance claim to reimburse me. I signed a liability release form back on July 6, 2026 it is now September 21, 2026 and no check. Disappointing in the quality of the battery replacement and how the company has handled the issue. Go to NAPA and save yourself this headache.
