There is a very nasty and rude old black man that is very rude and nasty to customers! He talks about customers and honestly doesn’t know what he is talking about! If I ever see him in there I will not be purchasing anything and I will go somewhere else!

I stopped into Advance Auto Parts last night around 8 pm to get fuses for my headlight/taillights. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, so I went up to the counter for some assistance. The employee who wasn't busy with a customer just continued to look at the computer screen and after about 30 seconds, made eye contact with me, but then turned around and walked to the back without saying a word. I waited until he came back to the front, he looked at me again and said nothing. Seemed as though I was a bother, so I left. WILL NOT be back to this location, no mater how convenient/close it is.

Been a customer of Advance for more than 20 years. Today I got treated like I didn't know how to install a brake light bulb when I complained that the part I bought there didn't fit right. I guess that's worth losing a long-time customer over. The employee trying to "help me" was a little too busy recommending that a customer visit a strip club. Avoid this location.

I love Advanced Auto, my brother and dad started me going there. I now always order on line and pick up at any location I want. I always get 30 to 40% discount $120 or less and $50 if I go over that. Yes!
