A good experience at the briogate location. If Dave from the Pomona heights location was there it would have been even better.

came in around 3PM today, i recently got my first car and wanted to get some emergency and cosmetic items to have on hand. asked the woman working where jumper cables were, and she informed me of a jumper pack which i didn’t know existed but is absolutely perfect for what i was looking for! she was super knowledgeable and friendly. i know for sure where i’m going for future car needs!
I drove 50 miles to pick up an axle at this store and got there right before it closed. They told me they had it in stock, they brought it to the counter when I got there, I opened it up before paying and found a used axle that was broken in half. I now have to wait till the next day and have to drive all the way back into the city and miss work because of this. Completely unacceptable.
I use the wiper blade warranty program to get cheaper blades every year. When I went to renew, there was a glitch that didn’t allow the system to give the warranty again. Manager Lisa went out of her way to find a resolution so I could continue with the warranty plan! Seriously thank you! I have loved how incredible advanced auto is about this program and how much the managers and staff advocate for it! It truly is worth it in the savings you will see!
