RecommendedI stop at Advanced Auto parts yesterday because it was late and I noticed one of my headlights was out. Tomas was the sales person that helped me. Being I wasn't sure how to install the headlight, he installed it in my car for me. I just want to give him Kudos for helping me out, his professionalism and an excellent representative of your store.
I am blown away at the level of customer service provided today. Santana assisted me with a battery issue. He so kind! He went above and beyond! It was bitter cold out. But he was so cheerful. I mentioned to one of the other workers how happy I was. He said he manages the same way. He said Santana was always that kind and caring. And he’s a pleasure to work for/with. We need more people in management like this! I’ll be passing a few auto parts stores on my way here, from now on. Thanks guys!!
I went to Advance Auto Parts on Vivion Road to replace my stolen tailgate. I initially ran into Jason Ramsey, who was working behind the counter. To my amazement, Jason had read my post on Stolen KC (FB Page) and already knew about my tailgate. Jason was very understanding and extremely helpful in showing me my options to replace my tailgate.
