They don't honor warranty on batteries. I've spent 100k$ over the years and they'll end that over a $200 battery
Sadly they have lost me as a customer. I have been shopping exclusively there for many years but that all changed today. I went in for a quart of gear oil. Their shelf price said $25.99 but it was like $19.99 on line. I asked the girl at the counter about it and she was basically you “have to buy it on line and it may take 30 minutes for it to come to us”. His willingness to help and swift assistance with in-store parts locations or ordering through the Advance Auto Parts Website is second to none. During my last visit he even REMEMBERED MY NAME and next thing I knew I was checked out and ready to go like nobodies business.
