I went in around 1:45 pm when I got there all 3 employees were in the back. I was picking up an online order so I went to the first register. There was 1 customer in the store besides myself. I guess they figured if they didn't acknowledge me I'd just go away after several minutes Veronica came up and without a word to me took post at the second register. Very poor customer service and knowledge. I wanted to get battery change, and first thing lady manager said “NO” cant be done. Didnt even explain why, nor look at the car. So employs behavior is also cant be done. My boss said this, my boss said that. No brains, No effort, and poor poor service. I was frustrated, and now will never return. Firestone saved my day. The level of service and expertise made my day. Unlike Advanced auto.
