I'd like to shout out a big "Thank You" to Kelly and Jerry of Advanced Auto Parts on Tower Road AND their regular customer, traveling mechanic Tom Cross!!! My car seemed to have died after Kelly put in my new battery, and nothing seemed to be getting it going again, but Tom finally discovered that the security system had kicked in when the battery was removed! My son-in-law had highly recommended them, and now I understand why! Such a nice experience after a super tough week! THANKS!!!
After years of dealing with this store I'm sad to say in the last 6 months customer service has gone out the window.
