Chris provided outstanding customer service and truly took pride in helping me. I had been trying to figure out a fuse issue with my Audi, and before coming here I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts, where they wouldn’t even remove a simple plastic cover to expose the fuses. You rock Chris was completely different. He was patient, willing to help, and actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem until he got it fixed.
