I called in and inquired about a wiper arm replacement. The man on the phone said, "come in and I'll take a look at it". So I did. He and another man took a few minutes and said " your all set! It's fixed!" I'm so thrilled, I've had so many problems with that wiper. They were truly attentive, polite, and helpful.
