I was considering saving some money by doing a DIY battery replacement... then got to the store and found out they do free installation. They did it right away and it only took a few minutes. Total no-brainer for next time!
I purchased MOOG Ball Joints from Advanced Auto on 3600 Garfield in Loveland. They failed either by faulty Moog ball joints or improperly specified ball joints for my application. I plan to write a public article about this experience. When I tried to talk to them about replacing them they said I had already turned them in. Poor Customer service though the guys tried to help.
Thank you to the entire staff for helping me with my car battery today! I had to change it myself since it was too dead to turn over and drive to the store.... the staff gave me all the information and confidence I needed to get moving again. Thank you!!!
