At approximately 4:25pm at the store located at 1804 E Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55406 I was harassed, threatened and insulted by the manager on shift, James. I brought in two items that I wanted to return, brought my receipt and stood in line. The manager, James, did not want to return my purchase so I asked to see a different manager.
