I went in today to pick up a new battery and have it installed. The man working (I feel awful I forgot his name) told me it may be up to an hour before he had enough staff and asked me if I was able to wait. I politely said I could not and without even saying another thing, he made it work and installed it. He was so helpful and kind. I was very impressed and grateful. I had an issue with a battery purchased and Anwar was very communicative to resolve the issue and take care of me in a timely and efficient manner. Keith took care of business and got me the right battery. They took great care in installing the new battery. Anwar, Keith, and battery installer turned my experience around and made it a great one!

Drunk employee sold me the wrong powertool. Store refused unopened return. Had to call and complain then they gave me a refund the next day July 20 2026 Still a customer but once again my experience was bot good. I wanted a car batterie charger and to two young ladies working there said the one o wanted was not in stock. They provided me with what i thought would be an alternate.
