Poor customer service! I bought a thermostat and coolant on wed 1/1 and went to take back the coolant on 1/3 without the receipt. The same person (manager) sold me the products on wed and he was there today too. He said since I don’t have the receipt it wouldn’t take the coolant. I said you sold it to me and he said without receipt cannot take it back. Most stores will let you return things without receipts and give store credit...not here. Unless you keep your receipt do not shop in this store. He definitely lost my busines... read more
