RecommendedThank you for putting my new wiper blades on 2/1/2020!
All employees are completely unhelpful and rude. Went in to replace a car battery, the employee who “helped” us had the personality of a piece of toast.... we walked out and will be taking our business elsewhere and never returning.
The guy was semi helpful in looking up headlights, but what I DID NOT appreciate was that he spit out his massive wad of dip in the trash can next to my four year olds feet as I was talking to him. I literally left without buying anything after this. You should have a little bit of professionalism in your stores. 🤦
Just left Advance again and Mr. Billy is a wonderful guy. He and another employee helped me push my car from road into parking lot without any hesitation. I decided to stop by again because they were so kind and helpful the last time. Sure enough, he came outside, tightened my wiper and replaced the blades in no time. This will be my only store I'll visit! �����
