Knowledgeable employees but sorry customer service. they took care of ofters instead of me i was there before others, only 2 employees working, need more people working so you should consider hiring more employees. Once the employee finally got around to me she took the time and was very apologetic about the wait and helped me with diagnosis on my truck.

We stopped to get oil. Couldn't get to cash register with people just talking to employees crowded around. Just goes to show why I prefer Auto Zone, always have good customer service.
