Brothers mower needed new oil. Fram had oil on sale. I came in with a missed call, Todd was kind enough to inform me of some inventory issues and assist me with a substitute. He very very kind and I would recommend this location based on my experience with Todd and the kind staff who helped.
I really appreciated the great service from Todd at this location! I went in to pick up an order, he gladly helped me exchange the part I needed on my vehicle & connected with me on a “human” level with shared memories of storms (as they were rolling in) , this kind of customer service is rare these days & very much appreciated ! Todd earned my five star rating 👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
