My car battery died during our drive to Tennessee. Vivian was extremely helpful, kind and informative. I was so stressed being hundreds of miles between home and my destination while alone with my little one. She replaced the battery, gave me words of encouragement and a we even shared a few stories/laughs. During such an overwhelming moment, she was my saving grace. Just left the store after buying $80 worth of oil. Told the employee three times that I was picking it up for commercial account . Instead of doing what I asked him to do he still rung it up as a retail sale. I asked the guy why he did it and he said he was brand new didn’t know. He said he would cancel the sale and redo it again and I told him no thanks he couldn’t do it at the first time. He certainly wouldn’t be able to do it the second time..
