Picked the items I wanted to purchase and waited at the register to pay. And waited and waited. I called out, I could hear them talking. One employee even came to the front to look up something on the computer. He didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. Waiting! I finally walked out. I will never go back.

It's the night before Christmas Eve, and my battery died just before 9pm! Assistant manager John stayed after hours to be certain we ran a full diagnostic on my 2015 Subaru to confirm whether I actually needed a new battery or not. He then installed my battery himself free of charge, while leaning short on staff. All with a smile and a very positive attitude. I walked in a bit frazzled, but left feeling like there is a Santa Claus. Thanks, John! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
