We ordered a part and were told it would be in the next day (specifically before 5pm). Went to pick it up and the guy had zero clue about anything. He said he didn’t know where the part was and we would have to come back tomorrow when someone who knew where it was would be in! Seriously?! Went to Carolina Forest store, where they were much more helpful and helped us figure out the part was never ordered. Don’t waste your time going to 3rd avenue store.
Need to close this store or clean house, absolutely the worst employees! I will not spend anymore money nor waste anymore time there!! You can keep the $13 worth of China made junk, I will NOT be back!!!
Cameron was great with helping me purchase my light bulb and running the diagnostic check on my car. But a guy named Diggs who led me to believe he worked for Advanced was so so. Diggs did change my light bulb for me but he also took the cover off of my engine to try and get to the water pump. Without me asking him to or my permission. After all was said and done my car would not start. Cameron came outside and tested my battery. Which was reading a very low strength. So Cameron then jump started my car with the jump box.
