Kenny was awesome. Helpful, friendly, and attentive. He recommended a mechanic that he trusts to help me. He explained what might be the problem with my vehicle. He even brought the part to the counter and showed me what might be happening. He said come back and they'd be more than happy to help, and I definitely will come back from here on out.
Great experience with advance auto parts today! Because I purchased a battery from here, I was able to have it installed by a wonderful man by the name of Kenny. He did it extremely quickly, no way, no fuss. I felt very comfortable around him as he took care of me. He was very clear that it’s not always doable to have the job done immediately when it comes to a battery install, but as long as I have a little patience, the job will get done. That works for me!
