Dishonest company practicing poor business skills. Lacking communication skills and presenting false information has cost this company another "valued" customer. Perhaps you should train your employees with the computer skills necessary to read the screen. Maybe then, they can conduct business with better accuracy though better record keeping of customer sales and inventory on hand.
