Bought windshield wipers, put them on, and they snapped right off as I was driving. Went to get my money back, and they said it was “my fault.” Seriously?!
Beware! They took advantage of my senior citizen parents and installed a brand new battery with the wrong charges on the wrong ends and used a HAMMER to force the battery in. My parents then drove to Florida with no idea and a car that kept having issues. They are now facing $600 in repairs due to this and Advanced Auto Parts is doing NOTHING to fix their error. AWFUL customer service and totally dishonest!!
I go into the Plattsburgh store today to get the stuff for an oil change on a 17 Tacoma they gave me the right filter but couldn’t tell me a thing more then that, they gave me 10-30 it calls for 0-30 sin , then I needed a oil filter wrench had no clue witch one nor would the kid look it up, so I had to go on “your” web sight and get the PO or part number I do not recall the kids name he was to worried about going out to have a cigarette then getting me the help I needed , heavyish kid dark hair hat smokes and vary dirty hand... read more

Really love your bs return policy! I purchased brake pads and rotors in September for my Ford Fusion. I ended up trading it in for a truck. Tried to return the UNOPENED products and was turned away because it’s been over 45 days! The only way I’d have known is if I actually stopped to read a stupid sign on the door. When I purchased them it wasn’t mentioned and there is nothing stating the policy on my receipt! So now I’m stuck with $244 in product I can’t use!
