when a cattle trailer full of cows is broke down 1/4 of a mile down the road from you and only needs a 50 dollar part, you would think you guys would have the decency to deliver the part. I will never use your service ever again
Went in to get a brake caliper (it's a little over a 30 minute drive to get there) and they gave me to wrong caliper. Now my brakes cant be done until tomorrow (when we really don't have time) and we need to hope that the good weather continues. This mistake has caused havoc for us! Not OK
where parts are quality and the prices are beyond reasonable – i have been dealing with Advanced Auto for some years now and I have been treated with top notch respect in my opinion from day one whether I'm going in with a dollar or a thousand,i have been in automotive shops that seem like they pick and choose their customers between the guy that spends a lot and does a lot of business and the guy thats just doing casual parts repair,the guys at Advanced auto parts seemed to me like they will go out of their way to do or giv... read more
