RecommendedThank you Chase for your excellent customer service. Our battery died in Salem so we had to walk to buy a new battery. Chase sold us the battery and gave us a ride back to our car and changed out the batteries. We appreciate you so much!
I came in to get a battery for my beetle but they wouldn't sell me one since i didn't have the car. There was some confusion about what was needed but once the car was in the parking lot, we found the right battery and while they weren't able to help install it (yay vw!), they did jump my car so i could get home to install it. Very helpful people.
Was down the street with a dead battery literally could see the building and they wouldn't help!! Asked if I leave my licene pay them could they help they said NO..likely will never stop in any of these places off that customer service alone
