Gave us the wrong light bulb. She rung up the right one but gave us the wrong one, so we had to find another store to exchange which they gave us a hard time despite it was 20 minutes prior purchasing it.
Whether ordering online for store pickup or shopping in store, the items I need are always available. Pricing is good, particularly the oil change bundles, and their rewards program is a good one.
Just saying...Jessica would not let me use the OBD tool, and told me it would not read a permanent code? All the other Advance Auto Parts locations I have been to would let me use the tool...I had to leave here and go to another location! WTH? Edit: guess I should just get my own tool...but it has never been an issue before, to use the tool in exchange for my state ID real quick...
