Ordered my battery online. Went to pick it up today to have them install it. Sent a kid out who knows nothing. He Didn’t know how to use a ratchet wrench, doesn’t know left is to loosen and right to tighten. I had to tell him. After about 40 minutes of me watching the kid try to figure out how to loosen up nuts with my help and of another guy from the store. the manager finally arrived about 30 mins into this debacle.
