I needed a new battery. My battery literally bit the dust in the parking lot. The person behind the counter asked if she could help me. I explained that I needed a battery and my husband had bought the current battery at the store on Metro and I was not sure if there was a warranty and I also needed someone to put the new battery in. She became very displeased and seemed to be aggravated that I needed someone to put the battery in.
