Friday 11/1/2018 broke down in a parking lot exactly 1 mile away from advanced auto. We Called asked if they had the started we needed. At 845 pm called back and asked the so called tech LAURA if she could wait til we got there. She just kept repeating they closed at 9. I called oriellys. And they waited. We were on our way. Thanks orielly auto. Advance stores suck.
Always helpful when you need it most! Rick and Roger are awesome to deal with! Prefer not to go elsewhere if they have the parts, which they usually do.
Knowledgable staff, always in great spirits. If they don't have it they can get it and if for some reason they cant, they will always point you in the right direction. Congrats Karen as new GM of a great place.
