The manager is an idiot. I worked for jiffy lube and went there to get washer fluid because they can't get orders right. but the mgr. said I couldn't get credit cos they didn't pay their bills. but to say this in front of customers didn't need to happen. no discretion or tact. They are over priced anyway. but the mgr denied he and 3 other employees did anything wrong.
They need more help. Every time I go in there, there are about 2 employees and about a half dozen people waiting to be served. Total waste of my time.
