I ordered something in store paid cash, went to pick it up 5 days later but the lady at the store start giving me attitude because she had a bad day and start yelling at me. She canceled the order did not refund me kept my receipt and called the police on me. Very bad customer service ever. They still my money.
I walked into this store yesterday and within 3 sec. A young lady very professional with a smile asked me if I needed help I handed her the old part I needed and she immediately got it off a shelf with a perfect match.the gentleman who rang me up was very personable and polite ,great job
Not sure why they have this girl I believe working in the front of the store sitting on her phone while acting like she’s helping customers, seems insubordinate as if she obviously isn’t getting paid enough. I was “helped” by a rude detached thing resembling human form so I figured it would be a positive interaction seeing as that is her job representing the store name.
