I called this Advance Auto Parts location to ask about car parts and their total cost. The person who answered picked up the phone and hung up without saying a single word. That’s terrible customer service. I will never call this location again. They don’t even know how to treat customers properly.
I previously purchased full brakes and rotors at AAP; rotors had a limited lifetime warranty. When I asked about it, salesperson told me I would have to bring the brake pads in to get the warranty. The other sales person said applying the warranty was discretionary, but the other guy said he wouldn't do it because his boss wouldn't allow it. I don't know what the warranty would have covered, but the sale was worth $500÷ and he wasn't worried about retaining a customer. AutoZone thanks you.
I didn't know if there was a no return policy at Advance Auto anymore. They forced me to buy another items and keep the wrong one for myself. Very poor customer service. I will never go back there.
Waited all day for confirmation an online order was ready to be picked up. Called the store and told it had been picked. I never got an email and was told they called. No messages on my phone. The associate sounded like she couldn’t be bothered assisting. Not even a sorry for any inconvenience. Terrible customer service.
