I had a great experience with one of your employees at Advance Auto Parts today. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain the products clearly and made sure I left confident in my purchase. It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service — he truly represents the company well!
Was helped by RJ, hope i remembered his name correctly, but he was extremely helpful. ended up needing a new battery but he caught the date i bought my original one and it was under warranty. i completely forgot about it and was preparing to buy a completely new one. Super thankful of him!
Absolute worst customer service. I have forwarded the problem to as many managers as possible. For anyone experiencing similar issues please don't hesitate to reach out to regional managers to hold the horrible customer service at this location accountable.
This store was very helpful. Myles was a lot of help. Very knowledgeable and replaced my car battery for me. Highly recommend!
At This Location I met Two very Helpful employees, their names are as follows: Myles and Isaias Chi. They were very helpful and because they knew how to help a customer the automotive company puts the wrong information about the parts you need. The System say one part number for my Toyota Corolla 2023 the battery, which was wrong it was very late and close to their closing time, but they found the right battery for me and gave me a very good price also. They were very commendable customer service people.
