I really want to give a shout-out to Cortney for her outstanding customer service! So many times I’ve considered buying a steering wheel cover, but I always talked myself out of it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to put it on myself. This time, I stopped by the store to replace my windshield wipers and happened to see a cute steering wheel cover that I couldn’t resist. Advance Auto on Grand River in East Lansing is by far the best auto parts store I have ever worked with. My most recent experience with Christopher and his help providing me with advice and offering their tool loan program was outstanding. The staff there has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in helping customers.
