Security guard left his post to watch me browse. Cashier was courteous, but the manager got an attitude because I wanted to return a product that didn't work, as if I didn't know how to use it. Based on other reviews, it's probably the same stank acting woman. She seems pretty ignorant and if the customers are beneath her, perhaps this isn't a suitable job for her. At any rate, I won't shop here again and I agree with the other reviews about the rudeness.
Rude and super unhelpful. I left this store and drove up the road to other store where they were much more helpful and not complaining about someone coming “in late” when you have two hours left. If you don’t wanna work clock out and go home.
Excellent service and high quality parts.
Get away from this place, people have an attitude of extreme laziness and don't want to help you. I wanted to test my battery before buying a new one. They told me to wait outside and I waited there and they never helped me. This store is frustrating full of lazy people.
