Terrible return policy -- buy elsewhere. I purchased a coolant temperature sensor online for store pickup here. After deciding to take my vehicle to a professional for the repair, I tried to return the part (unopened). The staff informed me they do not accept returns on this (and several other item types). I retried my steps to purchasing the item -- at no point on the site or checkout process did they notify me that this item was non-returnable. They went above and beyond to help me. Ryan assisted me in a part that had to be special ordered. When I returned the part Ryan assisted again in helping me receive a refund. I will highly recommended this particular advance auto parts store. Exceptional service.
Laid back employees, did not feel like a big box store at this location. felt more like one you would find out in a small country town. not too busy to help and willing to talk.. keep it up!
