Went in to purchase an antifreeze tester. Label on the shelf said $2.99. Rang up as $3.49. Checkout person said it was an old shelf label, nothing he could do. How about charging the customer the price it says on the shelf? Or updating the shelf label?
The representatives who work here are not helpful at all I was told to come here from the advance Auto parts on touhy and Niles saying they had oil I needed in stock and they did it and the people working there and had no idea what I was talking about if you want people informed about cars in good product I would not go here
I was in the store in Evanston on Main Street today. A clerk named Mr Pierre was helping me purchase auto parts. A man named Mr. George started yelling at him in front of me. It was very uncomfortable. I was disgusted at the way he treated and talked to mr Pierre. Mr Pierre remained professional and continued to help me. I am giving four because of the professionalism Mr Pierre had they lose one star because of Mr. George
