Don at Advanced Auto Parts was a big help with my Toyota Camry. He quickly diagnosed the dead battery and handled the entire replacement himself at no charge. He was professional, efficient, and got it done smoothly with no hassle. Appreciate the straightforward and solid service. Thanks, Don. Customer service has become a thing of the past at most places. I can assure you, this store in Winter Springs could teach classes on perfect customer service. I came in looking for a breaker bar, BreAnne Byrne-Shinall came right over and offered her help. When we couldn’t find one in one area, she continued to look (even when I had basically stopped). I got the best service from Advance Auto. Don went above and beyond. He found the part that I needed. He doubled checked to make sure the part fit the vehicle. He educated me on how to install the parts. I could not ask for any better service from Don. Don needs to be the manager of the store or pay raise. Thank you Don.
