Customer service is HORRIBLE
Needed help finding a oil filter, tim took his time and walked through the different brands and deals going on . He was a tremendous help . Will be going back for all my auto parts needs
Took my daughter to get her battery charged ,they where nice but poorly informed as far as if the battery was charged and said they could check it but "it should be ok" like huh is it charged fully or not ? But it was a free service so just left and tried to figure it out on our own
I stopped in this afternoon for a battery test and possible purchase. What was not an ideal situation was made better by Tim and his help. He took care of the battery test, recommended a great battery, and set it up for me. He made the whole experience easy and smooth, which I am very grateful for! Thank you Tim!!!
