1/22/25 At 17:25 (5:25). I Went Inside To Buy 50 LB Bag Of Ice Remover. Told The Man Behind The Counter Want I Need, He Grabbed It, He Didn't Look Happy To Help Me. I Paid For The Ice Remover. He Didn't Bother To Help Me Take It Out To My Truck Or Tell Me I Can borrow The Gray Plastic Cart That Was By The Door. He Was More Interest In Helping Out A Man With His Oil. I Did Cause A Scene, But I'm A 67 Year Old Woman, 50 LBS Is Very Heavy, When Advanced Was Open On West Central. I Always Got Help With Heavy Stuff
Horrible store!!! The part they sold me was broken , and then they refused to refund me my money even with my receipt. The store clerk even laughed at me when I asked him to show me the stores return/ refund policy!!!
