Home town feel.... There are two employees and have MANY years experience between them. There is a two bay garage for both repair and rebuilding transmissions. I've seen them work on motor homes & boats. They are open early in the morning too. The cleanliness isn't great, but it is a garage. If it's a quick fix, have a seat and a cup of coffee. You can also walk across the street and grab a bite to eat. If it's a big fix, there is a hotel on the other side of the road.
Everything you need There is a lot of history behind this chain of auto store. They used to be known a Western Auto. Then they were bought out by Trak Auto, which in turn became Advanced Auto. Regardless of the name, they still have everything you need for your car. The best part of the store is their no hassle refund policy. If the part doesn't fit, just take it back and exchange it, or get a refund. They also take all coupons and have rebates forms there.
Advanced Auto Advance Auto is great to get just about anything you need for your car. If you don't know how to put on those wipers or put in the battery, they will do it right there for you. Very helpful and friendly.

excellent this place is the best place to go get your parts. I have brought my parts there and have always been happy, all parts good. only had to return one part, but it was exchange for another. very freindly people there and clean place.
Excellent customer service! The alternator went in my car and I was in a rush to get it fixed. When I called to see if they had the part they checked their stock and told me to bring the old part in so they could check it for me. They put it on their machine as soon as I arrived and confirmed that the old alternator was bad. The knowledgeable sales staff helped me get the correct part for my car and at the best price in Frederick. I couldn't have been happier. Repeat customer for sure.

AUTOMOTIVE WHEN YOU GO IN YOU GET IMMEDIATE SERVICE (BUT MAYBE THAT IS BEACUSE MEN USUALLY KNOW EXACTLY WHERE STUFF IS LOCATED). SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD. NO ONE TREATS YOU LIKE A DUMBY. USUALLY WHAT YOU NEED IS ON HAND.
