I called to get an appointment for a fairly large job. After getting my appointment, I dropped my vehicle off but when I called for an update I was told it was a large job and would take longer than expected, that I would get an update the following day as the mechanic left for the afternoon. After not hearing from them the whole morning after, I called back around 11, and I was told that the car just had came in the shop and it would be at least another 2-3 days before it gets ready as the mechanic had to switch between 2-3... read more

Vehicle alarms constantly from vehicles in their lot. Not a problem during the middle of the day. Unacceptable at 2am. Not sure how anyone can miss a basic detail like disconnecting the battery.
