Great same day service. Martin is a nice guy and knows it all when it comes to appliances.
Ms. Christine that answers the phone for Advance Appliance Repair is hands down the sweetest lady in the world!!!! You will not find better customer service in the Charleston area! Martin has repaired several of our kitchen appliances over the years and always does an excellent job. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My wife and I trust him so much that we leave a house key for him to come into our home when we aren’t here. 5 star service!
My wife and I woke up on a Saturday morning to find our Sub-Zero refrigerator frozen and leaking water badly. We were very worried that we would not be able to find anyone to come out to repair it since it was the weekend, but we called Advance Appliance Repair in hopes that they would have a weekend technician available. We recently experienced issues with our 48” Wolf range. My wife searched for appliance repair services in our area and found Advance Appliance Repair. Our technician, Martin was quick to return our call and arrived the next morning. Not only did he repair our range but he was extremely knowledgeable with regards to other high end applicances that we are interested in purchasing for our home in the near future. We greatly appreciate the excellent customer service!
My Bosch dishwasher suddenly died after 4 years and AAR was one of two options Bosch gave us to contact. It was on a Saturday and my husband tried calling both. The other one wasn’t available so we went with AAR. Turned out it wasn’t the appliance but problems with the hookup. We were very pleased with the repair and service and I would highly recommend AAR if you want a job well done. I feel a great sense of customer satisfaction despite being told how disgusting the filter was in my dishwasher
