Great Service! Carpet in rough shape due to dog that is housetrained (i.e. goes in house instead of outside) :-(. Work was excellent. Have had other carpet cleaning services that came and went in 1 hr or less. This service was here for 3 hours doing their best with the carpet + 6 chairs. Chairs did not come totally clean, but much, much better after cleaning. Carpet and chairs were relatively dry after service. Carpet looked almost new when service finished. Very professional and knowledgeable company. My carpet looks brand new and they lived up to their promise that it would not take all day to dry! Tammy provided excellent customer service by calling me prior to the appointment and twice afterward to ensure I was satisfied with their service. I definitely will use them again.
